Every time I come in here I feel unwanted. I'm honestly going to stop coming here. Last winter, I was looking to lease a new Mercedes for my wife's birthday. The first time I went it, I had a sales rep tha going to stop coming here. Last winter, I was looking to lease a new Mercedes for my wife's birthday. The first time I went it, I had a sales rep that clearly didn't take me seriously as buyer. Mind you I have a excellent credit and more than enough finances to afford the vehicle I was looking for. But I felt (and this is my opinion) because of the way I was dressed and I because I didn't "look the part" the rep didn't take me seriously. The experience was so bad I eventually just walked out. A couple days later I was called back in by a manager and I was assigned a rep who did an excellent job during the sales process. So all's end that ends well right? WRONG The rep promised me during the selling process that when my wife's birthday arrived and I gave her the car, I could come by with my wife and he would clean the vehicle and give her a walk through. When I reached back out to the rep, he suddenly forgot about the promise and was too busy to do the walk through. He also said he'd clean the car. This man literally put down some paper mats and said it's all set. It ends here right? WRONG Last week I come in to have a repair done on my wife's car. The service center valet takes the car and tells me to have a seat, someone will be with me. I sat and waited for 30 mins and no one said anything to me. Meanwhile a white lady walks in and was services in like 5 mins. Meanwhile I had been sitting there for 30 mins with at least 6 reps walking back and forth past me. Finally out of frustration I got up to get some help and point out the fact that I'd been waiting for 30 mins when someone finally helped me. Long story long, every time I come in this place I feel like I'm not treated fairly or equally because I don't look the part. Not sure if it's because I'm black or I'm not a flashy dresser, but either way I don't like how Im treated when I come to this place. As a result I won't be returning. More
