I visited Honda World Downey recently and they completed

I visited for a routine oil change and, as often happens, additional recommended services were brought to my attention. I agreed to proceed with the suggested work and waited in the lounge while the services were completed.
While waiting, I came across a coupon that applied to the services I was receiving. When I presented it to the staff, I was informed that the coupon could not be honored because the invoice had already been created even though I had not paid for any service yet. I asked if an adjustment could be made especially considering they were able to modify the invoice later to accommodate a payment plan but was told it wasn’t possible.
This experience was disappointing because I purchased my vehicle at Downey and only get my car serviced at Downey as a loyal customer. Never once did the representative speak to a manager or try to accommodate my request. While I understand there may be policies in place regarding coupon use, a bit more flexibility and clearer communication from staff would go a long way in creating a more customer-friendly experience. The representative should ask if I have any coupons and mention that I wouldn’t be able to use any once an invoice is created. I hope the team considers reviewing their procedures and providing additional training to better serve customers in the future.

Honestly, you are lacking organization, you were much better organized in your previous location. It's a nice building, but poorly organized, it should not take 30min to wait to see an advisor or 3hr 40min for an oil change, if I had an appointment, then was the point of scheduling an appointment?
