Our salesman, Estevan Rosas, set up an early appointment and arranged for a loaner car to be ready. We dropped the MRX off and in 15 minutes we were back on the road with the loaner car. I received a call a few hours later that the MRX was serviced and ready for pick. We drove back to the dealer, talked to Chris Valencia in service who went over the tire pressure issue that was check and found operational and the complete checklist of all items that were check during the service. We were back on the road with our new MRX in about 20 min. Thank you Tucson Subaru !! More
