My recent service was completed as requested. The service provided by the counselor, Ethan, was excellent, clear and respectful of my time. To charge a diagnostic charge and reprogram charge to correct a software error from the oem is disgraceful. This error was fully documented by NHTSB. The correction should have been the responsibility of the oem dealer. This was a safety concern abd should have been handled as such. As i mentioned, Ethan did a great job, the dealership failed.
