From beginning to end, Gene was attentive and dealt "straight up". He made every effort to ensure we were comfortable & informed each step along the way. We found him friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Brian & Ginny, in insurance (sorry forgot her last name) were also very friendly & helpful. We look forward to doing business with Pine Belt in the future. Thank you Gene, Brian & Ginny!! More

I paid too much for the car. They also slipped in an extended service contract I neither asked for or needed without telling my wife or I. Serves me right for not paying attention when signing a stack of papers. They gave me a refund when I discovered it. Yay for them. I leased a Cruze on a Saturday afternoon and the following Monday Chevy announced they're discontinuing the model. They didn't mention that. More

He took his time to go over all my options with financing and leasing that would be beneficial to me. He found me a safe reliable 2020 trax with all wheel drive and an automatic starter. Perfect for the winter and all the right safety features. Peter was professional and helpful as well with assisting to get us something feasible and suitable for my budget. I was assisted right away when I walked in and was made to feel comfortable while waiting. All the staff was friendly enough to congratulate me when the sale was complete. I cannot say enough about the salesmanship and excellence of these two gentlemen and I will definitely remain a loyal customer at this dealership. I give them my highest recommendation for anyone leasing or financing a new vehicle. More
