Emailed me that service was made the call to schedule a date and time, within 30 sec got confirmation. Arrived at the dealership and was greeted by mgr and said it would be 1 hour to complete. Talked to my Salesman, and within an hour got my car back, cleaned and everything updated and check out. Excellent service process, unlike my former auto dealer (Audi of Hoffman Estate) who told me 3 hours for breaks and alignment. I came back to Audi service 5 hours later only, then said it would be an additional 2 hours. Lexus dealership does a much better job taking care of the car and the owners of the vehicles. Attention to detail and communications on what is going on is second to none at Woodfield Lexus. More

He answered all my questions thoroughly (and then some) and handled all my concerns quickly and efficiently. Eric is an exceptional employee!...you don't find customer service as good as that nowadays! Definitely hold on to him! More
