I started communication via email and since they were a couple hours away from my home. I sent a few trucks that I was interested in, my credit profile and payment terms I wanted, and Eugene and his team went to work immediatly finding me a truck that fit my terms AND was the spec I wanted. The next day I drove to the dealership, was greeted by handshakes and Packers jerseys (it was game day!), and was leaving with my new truck quickly after that. It was a very seamless process and I never felt pressured for any add-ons or felt like I was being upsold. Will happily choose Gordie Boucher in the future! More
