Back seatbelt failed. Dealer wants $400 to fix unless the part is broken and if it is, it would be more. I have the extended warranty and the car is only three years old; Dealer wants $400 to fix unless the part is broken and if it is, it would be more. I have the extended warranty and the car is only three years old; not covered they don’t care. My kids ride back there but yeah they don’t care. Stay away. More

Slow and almost nonexistent updates. Requests are not honored and three days later no updates on the repairs on my vehicle. Called the dealer several times the operator would transfer me Requests are not honored and three days later no updates on the repairs on my vehicle. Called the dealer several times the operator would transfer me to the service department but no one was ever available. I left several messages but no one returned my calls. I was hoping to be WOWED!!! by the customer service provided but now I feel that “we are here to wow you” is just a catch phrase. On a positive note the mechanic made me feel comfortable to know that my Corvette is in good hands. Lastly, Mike thank you for understanding my frustration over this matter. More

Dissatisfaction disappointing I was just in for an oil change and I definitely wasn't happy with the service. Evan my service advisor never knew I was there. I stopped him to a I was just in for an oil change and I definitely wasn't happy with the service. Evan my service advisor never knew I was there. I stopped him to ask about my car, at that time I was already there an hour. I told him I had other concerns which could have been addressed had he acknowledged I was there. He said he never knew, cause no one told him yet I had an appointment at 10am, so I guess he should have looked at his schedule. And another thing the other service staff shouldn't be gossiping about customers, I could totally hear them till they started whispering and it was about me So I was wondering about the oil changes but I rather take it somewhere else and pay than subject myself to that again More
