Mechanic Randy Holland found muffler to be bad and replaced under warranty. He took the time to show me the part and process and further explained some of the options on the car. His knowledge and expertise on this car is truly exceptional. Great personality is also a big plus in dealing with customers. He is a great asset to your organization. More

Appointment ?! I don't usually give critical or poor reviews because I think everyone has a bad day from time to time and it is unfair to judge them based a single i I don't usually give critical or poor reviews because I think everyone has a bad day from time to time and it is unfair to judge them based a single interaction, therefore I will base this review on the way the service center seems to handle appointments. I made a morning appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. I left the vehicle with the service center and went back to work since I work only a block or so away from the dealer. I called the service center 6 1/2 hours later when I didn't hear anything regarding the vehicle only to discover that nothing had been done. I ended up going to the service center waiting another hour to get my vehicle and ended of late for a previously scheduled appointment. I can understand things coming up, but I made the appointment so that my routine service could be completed in a timely fashion. I did receive an apology and I can understand a service center being backed up, but I arrived when only 2 others cars were there for service. If appointments aren't required or given priority, why have them? Again, this is not a negative review of Evan, but of the system. In the future I will probably take my vehicle to the local Cadillac dealer for service since I already deal with their auto group for another vehicle and know what to expect. More

60,000 mile servicing, including replacing throttle body. I waited for my vehicle, so I wandered everywhere on the lot. I liked all I saw, and the hot popcorn was great!
