He and his team were able to get me an offer I could not refuse. From start to finish the service was excellent and kind. The only negative I had was the final finance manager who entered the office, did not look at me or introduce himself, and was rude when I politely declined all the extra services/warranties. It's a shame, because every other team member with whom I interacted were exceptional (Eyo, Keith, and Jordan). More

Eyoungmbi was more than an excellent sales guide, he made us feel like this was actually a nice experience. My wife and I came in with the intention of visiting several other dealers after this one - we left us feel like this was actually a nice experience. My wife and I came in with the intention of visiting several other dealers after this one - we left with a new car and just as importantly a transaction that was satisfying and relatively painless.
