The buying process was easy, from trade in to final sale. It doesn’t look like your service department and your sales department communicate too well as there were instances where basic information about my It doesn’t look like your service department and your sales department communicate too well as there were instances where basic information about my trade-in car, which was at the service dept, was not at the ready. Like the location of the car to exchange plates, for example. Also, the first car we drove (a Jaguar) had the check engine light on to the surprise of your sales person with no explanation of what the code meant. This prevented me for even attempting to get any more info on the car. If your service department communicated better with sales, that information could have been given to us before the test drive, which ended up being pointless because of this issue. More
