Buying experience seemed flawless. There were some issues with the car the dealership promised to take care of before we drove off the lot. We were told to give them 2-3 days. 5 days l There were some issues with the car the dealership promised to take care of before we drove off the lot. We were told to give them 2-3 days. 5 days later we were told it was ready to go. Arrived to pick up the car, nothing had been done. Tires bad, windshield wipers bad, inter fender liners hanging/installed with self tapping screws. The car has been back to the dealership twice for repairs which were promised as stated BEFORE WE DROVE OFF THE LOT. Car didn’t even lock. Almost a full month later and now we have to re-sign paperwork because financing never went through due to price. No one called to inform us. Salesman blames service, service blames financing. It’s a whole mess and a lot of excuses. More

SERVICE Quick and easy service I did not have to wait long. Oil change and tire rotation took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Too long. Then the bill was $40 higher than I have been paying for the same services. Never had to wait so long, either. When I brought this up to the service manager he just blew me off saying that was what the vin was listed as. WRONG. the vehicle has only been in my name as second owner. First owner was a pastor in Longview. More
