Buying experience seemed flawless. There were some issues with the car the dealership promised to take care of before we drove off the lot. We were told to give them 2-3 days. 5 days l There were some issues with the car the dealership promised to take care of before we drove off the lot. We were told to give them 2-3 days. 5 days later we were told it was ready to go. Arrived to pick up the car, nothing had been done. Tires bad, windshield wipers bad, inter fender liners hanging/installed with self tapping screws. The car has been back to the dealership twice for repairs which were promised as stated BEFORE WE DROVE OFF THE LOT. Car didn’t even lock. Almost a full month later and now we have to re-sign paperwork because financing never went through due to price. No one called to inform us. Salesman blames service, service blames financing. It’s a whole mess and a lot of excuses. More
