Feliks was a stand-up guy and SUCH a pleasure to work with. He kept me laughing, was very open and honest, and is someone I know I can always call if I ever have any kind of problem. Ajay was also just a genuinely great, honest, and knowledgeable man. My family has purchased many cars in the past 20 years, and this was above and beyond the BEST experience we have ever had. Two were from a previous dealership but when we found out Feliks had moved we moved as well. There are probably 1/2 dozen Honda Dealerships closer to our home but the trip to Clinton is worth it. Feliks is personable, funny, knowledgeable and honest. He really works with us to get to the price point that we want in a car that will work for our needs. If he can't get to our numbers he tells us so and makes others suggestions that might work. He doesn't try to play the 'let me speak to my manager game'. He either can make it work, or he can't. We will have another lease ending within the next year and we will return to Clinton Honda - specifically Feliks. There is no reason to go somewhere else. More

I honestly was not expecting what happened next. I received a call from Tom who was very polite and knowledgeable concerning my trade in. Tom took his time and explained everything to me about my trade, new costs and financing options. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process and he answered all of my questions (even the ones that I asked twice). He was very polite and easy to talk to. When it was time for me to do the test drives, I was put in the capable hands of my new friend Feliks who was very pleasant and patient. I was undecided between the CR-V and the Accord. Feliks took his time and went over the all of the details of both vehicles. He has a great sense of humor. I never laughed so much when dealing with a car salesman. Tom and Feliks helped me to make my final decision. A new 2016 Honda Accord which I absolutely love! This is my third Honda but this is the first time that I've dealt with Clinton Honda sales. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. This is by far not the closest dealership to my home or work but after experiencing the level of customer service that I've received here in comparison to other dealerships, it's definitely worth the extra miles to go to Clinton Honda. In the past I've also dealt with the service department and again they are just a wonderful group of people. Two thumbs up for being the best at what you do! More

I always get comparable quotes from 3 to 5 dealerships test driving cars the entire time and then make an educated decision accordingly... However, that was not the case for me when I purchased my 2016 Honda Accord from Feliks Samiter. His honest, no pressure sales approach won me over. There's no doubt that Honda makes a great car but once I began working with this dealership, the deal they gave me and working with Feliks I felt there was no other reason to go to another dealership. I would have appreciated a little more for my trade-in but overall I am very pleased. Thank you Feliks. I'll be back! More
