We briefly touched on our targeted mission to purchase a Honda FIT and literally in 5 minutes connected with a 2013 left over in the showroom, we asked if ok to give it a test ride and he had the car out of the show room and ready for us to drive in less than 15 minutes. We wrapped up our purchase that evening! Our experience was positive and the staff was both professional and personable. He took the time to not only get the best deal we could, but he was f My father purchased a Civic yesterday for me. Our salesman Feliks was fantastic. He took the time to not only get the best deal we could, but he was friendly, had a great sense of humor and genuinely cares about his job. He took the time to go over paperwork, insurance and everything else car related. He was understanding of our needs and worked to get us to a point where everyone was happy. We didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable. After the sale was finished, he took us out to my new car and set up my phone, security, door options, you name it. It was great to have him actually care about our comfort and to teach us things we may not have known the car could do. We left with huge handshakes and thanks and a feeling of great happiness! I would recommend not only the car but also Feliks to anyone I know interested in a new car. Thank you again for your outstanding service! On a side note it was over 90 degrees outside and not only was the dealership outstandingly air conditioned but we were constantly offered beverages of our choice. A++++ More

I was interested in going to another dealership to look at another vehicle, But with the information I received from Feliks about that vehicle, I knew I was going to go With another CRV. Feliks was not at all disparaging about the competitor's vehicle, but rather accentuated the qualities I was looking for with my vehicle, and meeting my budget requirements - a very good sales approach. Well I went to Clinton Honda and could not have been HAPPIER, there were no pushy salesman types and they made me fell comfortable. Felicks was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The process was quick and easy, that is not always the case when purchasing a new vehicle. Its great to find a salesman that isn't a phony and only tells you what you want to hear. I know when the time comes I will be back and get my next vehicle there...and the next...and the next.. I am happy that everything turned out good for me. I got the color that I wanted & also additional accessories @ my price. It was really the worst thing that could happen to a customer in your showroom on saturday 1/25/14. You should never as a customer to come to the showroom & tell them that the car is sold. I will discourage my friends & family from going to Clinton Honda after how I was treated at the showroom & will redirect them to planet Honda. Pls don't do this to any of your customer." More
