My wife's vehicle was in the shop for one week. I am/was okay with this, as I understand it is an older vehicle and there are still issues getting parts through the proverbial pipeline. I was not pleased, however, with the lack of communication about the vehicle. While the dealership did provide an on-line portal to check on the vehicle's status, seeing but a message that says the work had not yet begun was not helpful. In addition, I did not receive any other communication as to where along the path to being fixed the SUV was. I called twice to check on the vehicle, but each time had to wait to speak to the particular service person who was handling my file. I am unsure why this is treated like a secret file. I also felt at least once that I was being told, "Don't call us; we'll call you." More

All repairs are always fixed the first time into the shop. Service folks always helpful. The only thing missing following this past service on my F-350 Super duty was a inspection/overview report on t shop. Service folks always helpful.
