Service is hit or miss. I waited several hours for mounting and balancing new 16" tires on stock wheels despite having an early morning appointment. Unfortunately service I waited several hours for mounting and balancing new 16" tires on stock wheels despite having an early morning appointment. Unfortunately service failed to properly perform an expensive Road Force balance and I had to immediately return and have it reworked to get it right. I understand good help is hard to get but a higher level of service is expected from this type of dealership; you have to train your employees on this vital piece of equipment. It is hard to find a garage that cares to do it right... I am still looking. More
