Mr. & Mrs. Connors- We’re sorry you’re feeling this way. We understand how frustrating it can be when a concern isn’t covered the way you expected — especially on a significant investment like a truck.
After reviewing the repair order and speaking with our service team, the photos submitted for the seat concern were evaluated under manufacturer warranty guidelines. Based on the documentation, the condition was determined to be consistent with accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect. For that reason, it would not qualify under the factory bumper-to-bumper warranty as defined by Ford Motor Company.
We do offer optional protection products, including interior protection coverage such as Simoniz, which are specifically designed to cover incidents like this. Unfortunately, without that additional coverage in place, we are required to follow the manufacturer’s warranty standards.
Regarding the front windows, they were inspected and measured within Ford’s published specifications. The moisture observed in the lights was also checked and found to be within Ford’s acceptable threshold for condensation.
We do not have the authority to override manufacturer guidelines, but we are always happy to review any concerns again with you and ensure everything was explained clearly. Please feel free to reach out directly so we can discuss further.
