This is my third purchase (or lease) from Nissan of Staten Island. It was a very satisfying experience. My lease was on it’s second month of its extension, and the model and trim level I wanted was sti Staten Island. It was a very satisfying experience. My lease was on it’s second month of its extension, and the model and trim level I wanted was still not available, due to chip shortages, etc. I decided to get the quote to buy out the car. The quote was exactly was I expected. Nissan of Staten Island explained exactly what had to be done to purchase the car. The Finance Manager prepared all the paperwork, carefully explaining all the options that I had and tailored the deal to my specifications. I would definitely use Nissan of Staten Island again in the future. More

Very unprofessional, misleading , incompetent, poor communication between staff members, not abiding to loyal customers. They lied about not being able to start the paperwork in order for my lease to e communication between staff members, not abiding to loyal customers.
