Rene has sold us our last three Mercedes and just sold our son his first Merc. He’s basically FAMILY now. His professionalism and knowledge of MERCEDES BENZ is top-notch. I walked in, knew what I wanted and was in and out like a wildfire! Ted Schwartz showed me the car and processed the preliminary paperwork with professionalism but Filomena stepped in to process the final do wildfire! I was in a hurry and had several things to get to last Sat and was told it would take 30-40 mins before I could get finalized but if I left the building my place would not be held... Once Filomena caught wind, she swooped me up and led me to an office upstairs. She processed me and my paperwork faster than the man in finance who was working on the previous customer. If I wasn't 80 miles away I would've brought her lunch this week. She was awesome and I was told there is NOTHING she doesn't know how to do in that building. Apparently she is the go to person and she doesn't play. What an asset Walter's Mercedes-Benz of Riverside. Ask for Filomena Powers ladies & gentleman; you wont be disappointed! More
