I called and spoke with the service department reception, described the problem and she made an appointment for the same day. Austin Schneider greeted me when I arrived. I have worked with him before. Austin is very efficient and assured me that he would get this repaired ASAP. He offered a loaner car but I did not need that this day so he arranged for an Uber driver to take me home. Walter's did not have a replacement camera so the car had to stay there for the night. Next mid morning Austin called telling me that the car is ready and of course washed. He arranged for another Uber driver. Walter's and their employees go the extra mile to make you feel special and appreciated for choosing them for purchasing and servicing your Mercedes. More

I made an appointment to test drive the car the next day and because of traffic on my way out Christian could not be there but had Andrew Wagner help me. I was impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of Andrew who treated my daughter and me well. I have been to Fletcher Jones in the past and did not get that feeling at all. Andrew let me take the car on a long test drive and we discussed the price and the features of the car. Andrew walked me through a lot of the features and I felt bad for him because it was hot and he was in a suit, but he smiled the whole time. I decided to check with my credit union for financing and most dealers put the pressure on to buy it and take it home but Andrew understood and I got financing the next day with my credit union and called Andrew who ended up coming to my home to deliver the car and go through all the bells and whistles all over again. It was one of the best buying experiences I have had at a dealership and I have been to many. I highly recommend both Walters and Andrew Wagner. More

Lies lies and more lies. Do they ever stop? A lot of unnecessary lying going on in this place, from financing to sales. Financing told me I had to buy this warranty right then and there or Mercedes wouldn't honor it. I bought a car on July 4th and I still don't have my key and manual. The car locked down on me and I had no instructions. Andrew my sales person closed my deal and he was done. He never reached out to see if all was well after that. Raul is a great guy but does what he is told to do only. Filomena promised me she would have keys and manual delivered. the problem with that is they never called or delivered to me. I went to the dealership and they still didn't even have them. No apologies from anyone. She said she told Andrew and them to apologize. I don't know who them is. Well, he didn't and neither did she.Ray Burke never returned my call. Soo much more to this story. My worst car buying experience ever in life. More
