The service technician, Mr. Flavio Gonzales, detected a very tiny leak around the transmission seal. I was taken into the Service Bay by my Advisor (I don't remember his name, unfortunately), to see this very tiny leak around the transmission seal. A part was ordered and I will return on 1/10 to have this repaired. This was outstanding service from the organization!! I totally appreciated the transparency and the care with which I was treated.
