Sales person is amazing and saved the deal. Finance is shady. They tried to extend the payment terms without informing us. They hoped we would sign and not notice. When I brought it to the finance guys attention, he switched the terms back and became very quiet and less friendly. I would have walked if Frances wasn't so great. More

Everything was done to make the purchasing of a new car smooth and as fast as the paperwork can be in this day and age. It still took several hours to finish with everything and tutorial work by Frances smooth and as fast as the paperwork can be in this day and age. We miss out old car already, because we knew everything about it and what worked after we figured everything out. It will take a little longer for us to become that comfortable with the nes 2026 version. More
