Poor communication in general (service dept. ) Miscommunication from start to finish. Called me on my cel phone, could not find fob, will call you back. Called back and had "on star' on phone ) Miscommunication from start to finish. Called me on my cel phone, could not find fob, will call you back. Called back and had "on star' on phone to unlock vehicle as they had locked the fob in the car. (didn't think that was even possible) 6 hrs for oil change and 7500 mile check. Agent acted like she would rather be anywhere else doing anything else, very poor attitude. More

My service girl Franchesca O. was excellent however it took over four hours to replace one rear tire. I found out that they had a new young kid named Robert working on the tire an was excellent however it took over four hours to replace one rear tire. After initially not having a very pleasant experience, leaving my car in for service for almost two weeks, they finally took the time and kindness to help me by providing me with a car for my service whil leaving my car in for service for almost two weeks, they finally took the time and kindness to help me by providing me with a car for my service while my car was at the dealership for repairs. Leaving aside the unpleasantness I had the first few days, I want to thank Franchesca for helping me make my experience as a customer pleasant and thus leaving me satisfied as a Chevrolet customer. I won't leave a bad review because in the end, nobody is perfect, and everything can be resolved when the job is done right. Thank you to everyone who participated in the repair of my Trailblazer. The assigned service manager Francesca is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me With accurate information on what service I should have based The assigned service manager Francesca is very knowledgeable and was able to provide me With accurate information on what service I should have based on the low mileage of my vehicle and the age. She insured that I got the necessary service required yet did not push me to get any additional services that were necessary at this time. More
