I see lack of communication to customer once car is left in the service center , my car got towed on Saturday and should have been picked up for service on Monday. Whereas I had to follow up and came to kn in the service center , my car got towed on Saturday and should have been picked up for service on Monday. Whereas I had to follow up and came to know Amy was on leave sealed repreywas on leave which is strange why the customer and car had to wait other representatives should have worked . More

Waited almost 4 hours for an inspection (car had about 4600 miles) and oil change. I also wanted the blind spot mirror fixed. They told me it would take about an hour for a diagnosis I was then told no 4600 miles) and oil change. I also wanted the blind spot mirror fixed. They told me it would take about an hour for a diagnosis I was then told no need for the diagnosis as the tech drove it around the lot and it worked fine told me maybe the sensors were dirty ??? Sensors are located under the rear bumper, can’t understand why they would be dirty. So after 4 hours I got the car back and right out the lot found that no,the sensors didn’t work. I had issues when it was Otto’s with my I8 and thought under new management it would be better. To take almost 4 hrs for a scheduled oil change, and not even doing the required work on the blind spot was just incompetence. I will NEVER NEVER be back !!!!! More
