I was told recall service would be 45 mins, instead took over 2 hours, and as it turns out, after what must have been a 5 minute inspection, the recall wasn't even needed on my vehicle, so it wasn't done... over 2 hours, and as it turns out, after what must have been a 5 minute inspection, the recall wasn't even needed on my vehicle, so it wasn't done...yet it took 2 hours! My sister brought my car in with a flat yesterday, she text me 55 times about how much she loves it there. I tried to get her to leave it and go back for it when it was ready but she wanted to stay- for 4 text me 55 times about how much she loves it there. I tried to get her to leave it and go back for it when it was ready but she wanted to stay- for 4 hours!! After arriving back home she continued to tell me about everyone who works there, how great the client area is, the coffee station etc...she drove me nuts. Needless to say she will be handling all of my service needs- TY! More
