Frank was a great salesman. When my wife and I first met him, I told him my budget and what new Toyota model my wife was looking for. He showed us 2021 Corolla Hybrid and 2021 Corolla Non-Hybrid. Then he le him, I told him my budget and what new Toyota model my wife was looking for. He showed us 2021 Corolla Hybrid and 2021 Corolla Non-Hybrid. Then he let my wife test-drive Corolla Hybrid on first day and Corolla Non-Hybrid on second day. Since we never owned a hybrid car, we and Frank went over several things including the pros and cons, and auto financing options on second and third days. Frank was very nice, helpful and friendly, and always made sure if we were comfortable and satisfied. For example, since we both are hearing impaired, he wrote what he wanted to say on a piece of paper for our information or when we didn't understand something. We finally made a final decision. We love my wife's 2021 Corolla Hybrid. Thank you Frank! More
