I went into the dealership for repairs on my 2011 4-Runner with 304,000 miles on it. I loved this vehicle and really wasn't quite ready to part with it. Frank and the staff at Anderson Toyota treate 4-Runner with 304,000 miles on it. I loved this vehicle and really wasn't quite ready to part with it. Frank and the staff at Anderson Toyota treated myself and my puppy, Izzy like family. After a few inquiries on the newer vehicles we took a couple test drives. The whole team bent over backwards to make my visit enjoyable and ultimately find me the vehicle I needed at a very reasonable price. I was already loyal to toyota and 4-runners. I am now loyal to Anderson Toyota because of the way I was treated by everyone there. More

We had excellent customer service from start to finish. Frank Bleers could not have been more helpful. He was willing to work around our schedule. There was a young gentleman training with Frank who was great as well. Sorry I do not remember his name, however I wanted to mention how courteous he was taking the time to chat with us and answer questions while Frank was working on our transaction. Want to also mention the gentleman in finance. I also do not remember his name, however he was very efficient and explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. Our experience was excellent from the first phone call through the us driving off the lot with a new vehicle. We definitely reccomend Anderson Toyota. More

Excellent experience all the way around Everyone was very friendly. The lot was very well organized. We came in the winter and all the cars were cleaned off as it had recently snowed. We never felt pressured and he answered all of our questions. Don is a mechanic, so he had lots of questions. He spent a lot of time explaining the high tech features the day we came to pick it up. Frank emphasized that we could call him anytime with any further questions we might have. He is the type of person that you feel very comfortable working with.
