WOW!!! My husband and I had already been out looking for a new car to lease and were not pleased with the service we had not gotten at other dealerships. Honestly, we were expecting a similar experience at Planet Honda. In fact, we had brought our son along so he could see some of the pitfalls of buying a car. Boy, were we surprised!! Frankie greeted us at the door and was nothing but honest and pleasant throughout the process. We have never had a better experience. We enjoyed direct, open conversation and negotiation. There was no high pressure, no "What can we do to get in a car today." In short, it was everything you want and nothing you'd expect. Planet Honda and Frankie will be our first stop from now on! More
