Honesty and Integrity only from Freehold BMW Service Justine is my Service Advisor, I brought my sons car in for a ABS issue. She informed me that the Work done to my son's car from another Dealer was in Justine is my Service Advisor, I brought my sons car in for a ABS issue. She informed me that the Work done to my son's car from another Dealer was incorrect. They put the wrong Size rim on my sons car and did not check their work . WOW it caused a bunch of issues avoidable. Justine and her crew informed me of the issue and I now had to bring the car back to the original fixing dealer to make the repairs correct now. This is why I only trust Freehold BMW with all my repairs they are the best and most honesty group of people I ever dealt with. I used the other dealer because it was the closest after hitting a pothole on rt 18. Never again!!! More

Most comfortable car buying experience! Truly an exceptional experience! Both mine and my mothers leases were up and we both walked out with amazing deals. I don't have enough excellent things to say about BMW of Freehold and the unparralled service I receive time after time here. Every single person who helped us were professional, patient and knowledgeable. John, the used car manager, John the sales manager and John Galante our salesperson make a great team! They worked together to find my mother and I deals that met our every need. Our salesperon John really went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. I ended up buying out my lease. The service department inspected my car and recommend work that needed to be done. The service department is always upfront and honest with me. I can honestly say I wouldn't trust anyone else servicing my car. They are top notch! Once our deals were finalized, we worked with both Nowell and Robert in finance. They were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the financing process. We will definitely be reccomending BMW of Freehold to all of our friends, family and neighbors! More

Impeccable service!! I took my 530 in for service today, and wow, am I amazed at the experience I had. Professionalism at its finest! I was greeted at the service garage, I took my 530 in for service today, and wow, am I amazed at the experience I had. Professionalism at its finest! I was greeted at the service garage, directed step by step on where to go next, and helped by an amazing advisor, Allen Gin. He is full of knowledge, and kept me up to date with the status of my vehicle. I've been to other dealerships in Central Jersey, but none like this one...You can feel the friendliness, professionalism, and eagerness to help from everyone there. I was given a loaner vehicle, and was contacted by Allen as soon as my vehicle was finished being serviced. After being so impressed, I will only go to BMW of Freehold from here on out, and I have already and will continue to recommend it to others.
