Updating my review to make sure everyone is aware of how awful my experience has been in dealing with BMW of Freehold. It has been nearly 60 days and they have not made good on their bribe and are now completely ghosting me. I have had to submit a claim with BMW North America about the issue. If the pure incompetence of this dealership doesn't turn you away, please allow my experience in dealing with them to do so. They sold me a new car that couldn't pass inspection, they botched the initial paperwork and tried to pin it on me, they've bribed me to change reviews and not made good on it. BMW of Freehold is an embarrassment to the BMW brand and I hope everyone stays far away. Do not give business to Patrick Segreti or John Cheung. It will be a disaster and you'll be the one here next writing a poor review. Be wary of all the positive reviews, they've likely been bribed too. More

We purchased a gently used high end luxury ****** from Freehold BMW. We had several different serious problems with it. Even though they were warranty issues the timeline for repair could be months and they were not only rude, unaccommodating they belittled us and were condescending. BMW came to the rescue. They not only gave us a loaner car which was brand new they were so very helpful. They went out of their way to help and accommodate us. They not only tolerated our daily several calls for help they did it willingly and genuinely. They made us feel like family. We decided to take the financial hit and return the car for a 2025 BMW. Maria Shouldice, Manager went above and beyond to help us. She carefully worked her magic to get the numbers where we needed them to be. She endured daily calls from us. Some days several calls complaining and she called us on her time off and always positive and helpful. Always with a smile and so very patient and accommodating us. She worked with us for hours. She set out to make us happy. She took back the old car and gave us a BMW that we absolutely love. Tyler Kudrick, sales associate patiently showed us countless BMW’s that we might like. I mean for hours! Until we found the perfect one that we absolutely love. He is so knowledgeable about the BMW brand. John Cheung, finance associate sat down with us to explain the best financial deal for us both with first purchase and second purchase. Greg Itkin, service manager, John Krokovick, used car manager, worked with us and made sure we were getting the attention we deserved regarding previous car purchase and dealing with the uncooperative ****** service.
