Frank was so incredibly helpful. I was in a very difficult situation right before I was leaving for a very important trip. My windshield wipers had stopped working and come to find out the issue was part of a recall. I was so upset that I might have to cancel or change my plans because of this issue. I had called other places and said they couldn't get me in for another month! Frank was very understanding and said he would do the best that he could. He managed to have my car seen and fixed in less than a day. If it weren't for him and the mechanics there I don't know what I would've done. I'm so incredibly grateful for his kindness and understanding. More
