Mr. Hays, I reviewed your purchase of the 2019 GMC Terrain for $20,993 which was $2,500 below Market value and it was fully detailed both externally and internally. You asked David Beifeld why we did not detail the engine? Let me advise why, newer cars have several electrical componets that are now mounted in the engine compartmant and we prefer not spray them with chemicals or high pressure water. You mentioned that the oil was not changed and according to the records of the previous owner an oil change was not due. However Mr. Kopervos my used car manager offered to both reclean the car and change your oil which you turned down, asking for $200 in cash instead which we do not do. I wish you well with your vehicle and hope you have many years of use. Audi Devon is a 5 star dealership as our rating indicates and we stand by our rating. Wish you the best, Leo J Sam
