I took my 2022 GMC Sierra there this morning for a washer pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. They would not let me schedule an appointment, it pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. They would not let me schedule an appointment, it was leave the vehicle or nothing. If management can't schedule what are they needed for? This is not good customer service and I'm highly disappointed in the cost, amount of hours, and their I don't care about the customer attitude. More

I purchased a new GMC truck in March. It turned out to be a lemon. However my treatment by both Courtesy Buick GMC, and GM was beyond exceptional. Frank, the general manager at courtesy Buick GMC clearly articulated the buyback process. While not being what I wanted to hear his honesty about the process set my expectations. Frank and his sales team kept me up to date on the progress throughout. I feel like they went the extra mile to help me through an unexpected circumstance. Travis and Tony, in the service department also treated me with respect and consideration. They kept me in a loner car all summer as my situation was being resolved, I can not say enough how much I appreciated that. Courtesey Buick GMC, is a dealership that has a culture that is centered around the customer. My daughter and I worked with Jed Sternberg and he did an amazing job! He took his time and was very patient with us because we had a lot of cooks in the kitchen 😉 LOL. Actually, this was the second dealership we had visited on this particular day. The manager of the dealership was great and even the financial officer that helped us complete the paperwork. We had no intentions of making a purchase that day but only looking around. We never thought about buying a Buick because no one in our immediate family owns one. However, my daughter drove off in a 2025 Buick Encore GX ST Touring because of the great deal that we got and the excellent customer service. She has not stopped smiling since her purchase. Thank you to everyone that had a part in making this deal happen and especially to Jed Sternburg for being the perfect salesperson. More
