I took my 2022 GMC Sierra there this morning for a washer pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. They would not let me schedule an appointment, it pump that quit working. They wanted $199/hrs to diagnose and 2 or three days to have the vehicle. They would not let me schedule an appointment, it was leave the vehicle or nothing. If management can't schedule what are they needed for? This is not good customer service and I'm highly disappointed in the cost, amount of hours, and their I don't care about the customer attitude. More

Frank and his sales team kept me up to date on the progress throughout. I feel like they went the extra mile to help me through an unexpected circumstance. Travis and Tony, in the service department also treated me with respect and consideration. They kept me in a loner car all summer as my situation was being resolved, I can not say enough how much I appreciated that.
