Worst experience ever! I went to Wallingford of Toyota to purchase a new limited edition rav4 and I told the sales person I wanted his best price....I explained that I had a I went to Wallingford of Toyota to purchase a new limited edition rav4 and I told the sales person I wanted his best price....I explained that I had already shopped around but we live in the next town over and I wanted to establish a relationship with a neighboring dealership. The general manager insulted my intelligence by asking me to make an offer instead of just giving me his best price. When I finally told him the price I got from another dealership he said he would give me a price..... He sent his salesman out to once again ask me to make an offer above MSRP. I walked out! Colony Toyota of Middletown was professional, courteous, and didn't waste my time. They gave me a great price and were more than wonderful to my daughter who was buying her first new car. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy a Toyota to go to COLONY TOYOTA in Middletown NOT WALLINGFORD. More

He really understood my budget constraints and worked to help us get what we wanted. The tour of Wallingford Toyota was quite impressive- it's a fabulous facility! Working with Tim Roy and Frank was the best experience I could have hoped for. No intimidating, welcoming, but what sold me was these guys going the extra mile. Tim came in on his day off to help me finalize my car, Frank drove me an hour away and back to drop off my rental! Customer service is so under done these days, but not here. My salesman was Mike Cote. Very professional and knowledgeable...showed me a number of vehicle options that would suit my budget. At the end of the process Mike got me the car i was happy with and Frank got me the price within my budget..Quite the team..A very easy and painless experience..After the delivery of the Camry Mike took the time to go over every aspect of the car.
