Jon and the rest of the staff were great about helping my get what I needed without pressuring me to feel like I needed to buy something more. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Jon and Billy were able to show me the options and really work out what was going to be the best option for me. They also have great care at Toyota of Wallingford for their customers. I was very happy with the customer service and the process of getting my car. Every step of the way, they made sure I didn't have any questions, and if I did, they were able to get me answers right away. Once the contract was drawn, Bill helped answer all other finance questions and was straight-forward about costs. I truly appreciate the treatment that I received at this dealership. They were always helpful and got me the proper information. I would definitely recommend them to someone else! More

Love Toyota! I thought my experience at Toyota was fantastic! I worked with Eric in order to work out a deal for my new Corrolla. He answered all of my questions n I thought my experience at Toyota was fantastic! I worked with Eric in order to work out a deal for my new Corrolla. Good price, low pressure We shopped around. We went to Hyundai, Honda, Subaru, and Kia dealers as well. SOme I would return to, others, I wanted to clap the dust from my shoes We shopped around. Toyota of Wallingford had nearly the exact Highlander I wanted in stock (would have preferred a 2016, its a 2015) most dealers it was order and wait. Of course part of that is just luck. I emailed our salesman Jay M) for he best price. We took it for a test drive, left for one last test drive, returned that day and bought it after a little haggling. They gave me a great price for my trade, the F & I guy Rob had a good sense of humor, and wasn't pushy. Great car, minimal hassle More

I keep going back because I think they are truly concerned about their customers. Never pressured to buy. When I chose the car I was interested in they were very helpful and concerned that I would be happy with my choice. They took time to tell me about the car and when I decided to go forward they went above and beyond to make me happy. I have bought 4 cars from here and my sons and their wives also purchase their cars here. There service department representative and technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. They know I am a fanatic about my cars and even after owning a car for several years they help me keep it looking and running like it is brand new. More
