Jon and the rest of the staff were great about helping my get what I needed without pressuring me to feel like I needed to buy something more. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. Jon and Billy were able to show me the options and really work out what was going to be the best option for me. They also have great care at Toyota of Wallingford for their customers. I was very happy with the customer service and the process of getting my car. Every step of the way, they made sure I didn't have any questions, and if I did, they were able to get me answers right away. Once the contract was drawn, Bill helped answer all other finance questions and was straight-forward about costs. I truly appreciate the treatment that I received at this dealership. They were always helpful and got me the proper information. I would definitely recommend them to someone else! More
