I recently brought in my 2023 Lincoln Aviator to address a persistent rattle sound issue that should be covered under my extended warranty (up to 150,000 miles). Unfortunately, the dealership did not resolve the problem, yet still charged me a $100 deductible. What’s most disappointing is that despite the warranty coverage, I was left with both the same unresolved issue and an unnecessary out-of-pocket expense. More
