I came to check why my system went off due to save battery, I got informed it happened cause my phone charging cable was left in at night which when I thought double did not make sense since most of m battery, I got informed it happened cause my phone charging cable was left in at night which when I thought double did not make sense since most of my friends have dash cams and chargers always plugged in and it has nothing to do with battery life, I got sent home my battery warranty expires in 4000 miles wich is very short time for me ,I believe I was given that explanation cause I am a girl I’m sorry but I’m not too satisfied after last visit More

Went to Ford Dealer in Chicago who charged me TWO successive diagnostic fees that included removing the driver’s seat to solve an airbag issue. I declined the service and went to Highland Park Ford. successive diagnostic fees that included removing the driver’s seat to solve an airbag issue. I declined the service and went to Highland Park Ford. They identified and fixed the problem, which was with the passenger seat belt, for less money that the first diagnostic fee the other dealer wanted to charge me. I think the Chicago dealer was scamming me, but the good news is that I now trust Highland Park Ford. Longer drive, but well worth it. More
