Shane was amazing to work with. He is polite, professional, and is a good communicator. He was easy to talk with while there was down time waiting for the car to be detailed. Shane was never pushy, answered our questions, and made the process easy from start to finish. This is our second time at North Olmsted dealership, both times were a delight. Everyone at the dealership pitched in on a Saturday when a few people were out to make sure we left that day with the new car. When we forgot the garage opener in the old car, someone came back to unlock the dealership doors so that Shane could get us the opener. I appreciate Shane's follow up communication. Both Shane, and the dealership, are highly recommended. More
