I purchase a GMC Yukon in Dec of 2023. Returned a week later to notify them that I had a chip in windshield and a broken cover on visor, The shop said they would contact in a week when Returned a week later to notify them that I had a chip in windshield and a broken cover on visor, The shop said they would contact in a week when parts came in, it is now April with no response. Also it is supposed to have gone through a 172 point inspection and on the first hot day (April 14 2024) yep no Frikin AC. Will NOT ever return for any reason. They do not stand by their policy.
