Lazy Liars I contacted St. Charles CDJ (salesman Frank) regarding a preowned vehicle I found online. Spoke on the phone, and via text. Since it was a 90+ minut I contacted St. Charles CDJ (salesman Frank) regarding a preowned vehicle I found online. Spoke on the phone, and via text. Since it was a 90+ minute drive to get there, I wanted an honest description of the vehicle's condition. I SPECIFICALLY asked about what looked like a dent in the front fender in one of the photos. I SPECIFICALLY asked Frank to have a look himself and confirm PRIOR to me making the drive. He texted me that it was just a scuff, not a dent. So I made the drive only to find a rather large dent as I feared, plus a second dent in the rear fender. Frank would have seen it had he got up and walked the 25 yards to look. Instead, he blamed his porters, etc. That slimy used car salesman cost me 3+ hours and $25 worth of gas and tolls. More
