A Business that doesn't fix what there employees did wrong FRANK TROMBATURA and BRIAN BROWN Lied and added a extra $ 1,895 to the sales contract. We asked to speak to the general manager. Frank went and got FRANK TROMBATURA and BRIAN BROWN Lied and added a extra $ 1,895 to the sales contract. We asked to speak to the general manager. Frank went and got DAVID KIDD. David Kidd introduced himself as the general manager. David Kidd wasn't a general manager. David Kidd was a sales manager. LIED. You would think the real general manager or higher up owners of this business would fix what there employees did wrong, but they didn't. Because of that they lost two more sales. We told our son DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM PINE BELT CHEVY LAKEWOOD, NJ Then I just went and bought another vehicle but not from Pine Belt Chevy of LAKEWOOD, NJ . No Pressure My experience at Pine Belt has given me a whole new outlook on car dealers. From the moment we walked in the door the service was outstanding. We we My experience at Pine Belt has given me a whole new outlook on car dealers. From the moment we walked in the door the service was outstanding. We were never pressured at any time. No vultures hovering or salesman trying to have you purchase a car on the spot. Both Frank and Darryl went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our decision. It actually took us two days and two cars before we could decide. They were right there with us the second day. Even when an employee walks by they always say hello. Brian in finance and Bill Sherman were great. Bill wasn't our salesman, but he took the time to go over the car features and help me sync my phone since it was late and I had to leave the night before and Frank was with another customer. Thank you again!! More

You don't have to go far from home! This was an easy experience. No pushiness, no bull@#$%. Buying a used car can sometimes be a nightmare, which we got at other places earlier that day. This was an easy experience. No pushiness, no bull@#$%. Buying a used car can sometimes be a nightmare, which we got at other places earlier that day. We traveled all around central Jersey only to come up empty handed and a little scared of what we saw. When we came here Frank came out to the floor and got us. From that moment he was considerate, friendly and more than helpful. He worked with us and made sure we were satisfied. Overall great experience!! More

Well What words come to mind when you think of buying a new car; stressful, scary, high-pressure. What if I said it was fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. Well that was my experience with Frank Trombatura at Pine Belt Chevrolet. I have been out of work for several years and when I finally got a job again, my car got totaled. I thought there was no way I could get a good deal on a car, let alone a brand new car.I have worked at dealerships in the past and have dealt with salesmen before, but none came close to my experience at Pine Belt Chevy of Lakewood. But Frank was awesome. He really put me at easy and made the whole experience fun and enjoyable. By the end of the transaction I was smiling and laughing. To top it off I got an unbelievably good deal on a brand new car with everything I wanted, and a monthly payment I can afford too! More
