I have been a trained automotive technician for over 20 years, and continue to learn more about the latest technologies and advancements. The worse customer service I’ve had in my life!!!! Service was horrible!!! I made numerous complaints about car noises and all I got was my requests ignored and never got any issues settled. I even wa Service was horrible!!! I made numerous complaints about car noises and all I got was my requests ignored and never got any issues settled. I even was charged for loaner cars - 50 dollars cash out of pocket at times. I was also given mismatched tires- all in all my experience with the 750xi 2016 was a horrible one. This is just the tip of the iceberg of issues I was disgusted with at Rallye Bmw More

Great service and fast My first service experience at Rallye was a great one. I dropped off my car, got a loaner as I had to head back to work. I explained to frank that I n My first service experience at Rallye was a great one. I dropped off my car, got a loaner as I had to head back to work. I explained to frank that I needed the car back the same day as I was leaving the country, within 2 hours I got a call that my car was ready whenever I was and that there was no rush. Frank and the team at the service center were so friendly. The guys all seemed like they work really well together. Even the girl at check out was so sweet. Thanks Frank and team for making my first BMW service experience a great one. More

Service with a smile! Rallye is the best hands down, I even bought my loaner back a day over due and I had to pay no fees. My guy Frank was so kind and kept me updated the Rallye is the best hands down, I even bought my loaner back a day over due and I had to pay no fees.
