I called my service advisor, Frankie Cao, who is always very friendly and cheerful, to say that I needed a tow. He gave me the number, they answered immediately and came that day. He kept me informed of th very friendly and cheerful, to say that I needed a tow. He gave me the number, they answered immediately and came that day. He kept me informed of the progress on my car. I received an invoice by text when my car was ready and paid...very easy! As soon as I arrived I was greeted and directed inside to retrieve my car which came a few minutes later. My car is running again. Yay! More

I had an issue with my rear brake light. I dropped into the dealership & was introduced to Andrea Alarcon. She was so pleasant & ultra accommodating. She invited me to the waiting area & offered me a bever the dealership & was introduced to Andrea Alarcon. She was so pleasant & ultra accommodating. She invited me to the waiting area & offered me a beverage while she checked to see if the part was in stock. It was not, but she ordered it and said she would Lmk as soon as it was in. She called me just a few days later to Lmk that the part had arrived and I should come in for the repair at my convenience. I went back to the dealership that very day. She greeted me with the utmost courtesy & professionalism. The repair was completed in less than two hours & they included a complimentary car wash!! Andrea was so knowledgeable and precise! She went above & beyond! She even sent me across the way to their body shop to get an estimate on a little body scrape on my front fender. She didn’t miss a thing! What’s more, Andrea is an excellent excellent representative for the dealership!!!! I have owned Mercedes cars for over 25 years. NEVER have I had such a wonderful experience with a service rep or dealership. They all treated me with such concern, politeness & respect. It was truly amazing!!!! I am so appreciative & now feel like family! I will be a Coral Gables MB customer for life, thanks to Andrea!!! AMAZING!!! More
