Frankie has been my service adviser since I switched from BMW to the Mercedes brand. Prior to leaving BMW, my services advisor, told me to lookup Frankie as an advisor! I met Frank when I purchased my E63, BMW to the Mercedes brand. Prior to leaving BMW, my services advisor, told me to lookup Frankie as an advisor! I met Frank when I purchased my E63, four years ago, and now I’m with Frank with my GT63. Frank is a service advisor that every car enthusiast wants to have as an advisor! He’s always going the extra mile for as long I’ve known him. Frankie always finds solution to whatever issues there are and does so thinking of the best options for all his clients. I’ve never known a better advisor and feel privilege to regard Frank as more than an advisor, but as my friend!
