Our sales representative, Anfiny Eshoo was knowledgeable, supportive, and responsible in not only answering questions, but providing reassurance, positive feedback, and empathy unlike anything that I have experienced with a salesman . His concerns on my behalf were genuine- not practiced. The day AFTER I purchased my car, he called me personally to make sure everything was correct and all was well. When I drove out of the dealership, I truly felt I had 5 close friends who truly cared about me, my family and my vehicle.
