I have been with you folks (Toyota) for over 10 years and have always had Great experiences. This was one that was a little longer than usual with a slight discrepancy. I came in for my 10K Service, usually have always had Great experiences. This was one that was a little longer than usual with a slight discrepancy. I came in for my 10K Service, usually 1 to 1 1/2 hour experience, this one totaled approx. 3 hours. James provided stellar Customer Service (as with all my experiences at Toyota), but upon completion, I mentioned that I do not believe my tires were rotated. He stated that they should have been and spoke to the technician and the technician apologized. They then rotated my tires. Then upon billing, I noticed I was charged $37 for my NYS inspection, which should have been only $10 (less than 2 years old). With all this, I just felt that I would bring it to your attention. This will not impact my loyalty to your Service because "things happen". I always feel "Customer Feedback" is important and that is why I am sharing this.
