The person who took care of me said it would take between 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was comple 4-5 hours to put in the new part as well as do the basic servicing. In about 3 and a half hours, he came to look for me and said the job was complete. I brought my vehicle in for service todayat 10:40 am and after being there for 2 hours I was told my keys couldn't be found to bring my car inside to be serviced. So a representative asked me to walk with after being there for 2 hours I was told my keys couldn't be found to bring my car inside to be serviced. So a representative asked me to walk with them to my car to see if the keys were inside but after walking the entire dealership my car was no where to be found. The representative that was assisting me Margie Bonel did everything she could and left no stone unturned to try and locate my vehicle and keys. After an hour she informed the service manager Frantz Casimir that my car couldn't be found and he nonchalantly told her to call the police. After being informed of the situation he never left his office to come to speak to me or even inquire about what was being done to find my car i had to ask to go in his office and speak to him and he told me the same thing to call the police. I was infuriated at how uninterested he was about them losing my car. While in his office a porter comes in and says that my car was found at enterprise rental car .. How do you lose a whole car is my question.. I don't feel that Mr. Casimir treated this situation properly and didn't show any concern when his service center gave my car away without verifying it was the correct vehicle. I don't feel that I was compensated properly for all the inconvenience that this situation caused. I literally was there from 10:40 am until 4:30 pm UNACCEPTABLE! It will not be returning to this service center again. More
