My husband and I always look at cars on the road whenever we're out and about.Mazdas have numerous models to choose from so we decided to visit the showroom. I was driving a 2003 Infinity that was pretty much on its last leg.thus we were ready to purchase. We were greeted by a man named Joe Rosales. He asked us what we were looking for and we told him. He took us to the car excused himself to go get the key. He unlocked the door and I was sold. The model,was the Signature 6. The interior was exactly what I want it was white leather but they didn't have a black exterior so in a matter of minutes they located one out of the area and had it delivered. My husband and I fell in love with Joe immediately. Aside from being such a friendly guy Joe knew this car inside out. All of our questions were answered and explained thoroughly.. I took my test drive and the deal was made. My husband and I will definitely recommend this dealership as well as Joe Rosales, in fact we plan to,stop in and visit Joe at the dealership once in a while. We made a new friend today.
"A thoroughly enjoyable experience"
I was looking for a Mazda3 after an auto accident left me wheel-less. After looking around for a while, I found that Huntington Beach Mazda had just the one I wanted, even Certified Pre-owned, for a nice price. I was matched up with salesman Joe Rosales, and he answered all the questions I had and got me excited to head down to HB.
I came by, took a test drive with Joe Rosales' partner Fred Crystal, fell in love with the new ride.
I'd always bought cars with cash, so auto financing was new to me. Fred and Joe made it an easy experience, and once it was done, Fred even took me to my rental place to return the car I'd been using. The turn-in process took a while but Fred was happy to help me out.
Later, I realized there was a minor issue with the car that needed to be fixed, and even though it was not strictly covered in the warranty, Big Joe moved heaven and earth to get the repair done the next day.
The service department had a great lounge with outlets and USB charging ports everywhere, so I kicked back, had a couple of cups of free coffee, and did some work. Finally, I picked up my now-perfect car, freshly washed, and enjoyed a nice ride back home.
I'd recommend this dealership and its service department to anybody, and I'd be hard pressed to think of a better pair of folks to buy from than Joe and Fred.
